Welcome to Havn Co. Thank you for choosing our space for your event.

This rental guide will provide you with all the details you’ll need during your stay. Please review carefully and be sure to reach out with any questions you may have.

  • ENTRANCE
    Our space has one entrance, which is located on the north exterior of the Bridge Plaza building, facing The Silos Apartments and Wine Cafe.

    Our space is not accessible from within the lobby of the building.

    Please share this information with your guests so that they can easily find you.

    DOOR SYSTEM
    The door code pin pad is located to the right of the door. Simply type in your code once to unlock, and again to lock.

    Your door code will work during your reservation time only. Note that if you need access to this space outside of the time you have reserved, you must extend your reservation time. Be sure that you gather all belongings before exiting the space. If any belongings are left behind, you may reach out to our team to coordinate a time for pick up.

    Important: When you exit the space at the end of your rental, be sure to type in your code to lock the door.

    LIGHTING
    Upon entering the space, you will find a light switch to the right of the door. This controls all of the lighting in the main space.

    RESERVATION TIME
    Your reservation includes a 15-minute grace period on each end of your reservation. If you need additional time, please connect with our team. If you access our space outside of your rental time (i.e. showing up early, leaving late), you will be billed for additional time.

  • PARKING
    Free parking is available for you and your guests within the Bridge Plaza parking lot.

    WIFI
    WiFi is available within the space.

    There is signage with this information located throughout the space as well for your guests.

    EVENT SIGNAGE
    You'll find a sidewalk sign in the storage room that you can customize and set outside for your guests.

    HIGH TOP TABLES
    There are 4 folding high top tables available for use. If you indicated that you’d like these set up, our team will do this for you. Alternatively, you can find these in the back storage room, with black table cloths in a clear bin on the shelf above the tables. Please be sure to use the table cloths provided.

    TECHNOLOGY
    You are welcome to utilize the TV in the lounge area and the conference room. Simply turn on the TV and use your device to screencast. Reference specific instructions for your device on how to screencast to smart TVs.

    You are also welcome to use the Bose speaker. Device name: Office Bose

    KITCHENETTE

    • Fridge - You may store any food/beverage items within the fridge.

    • Microwave - There is a microwave available for use within the tall cabinet on the right side of the kitchenette.

    • Dishes - Due to limited quantities and a lack of commercial sanitizing system, glassware and dishes are not included with your rental. Please come prepared with your own dishware.

    • Cleaning Supplies - Towels and cleaning supplies are stored in the tall cabinet on the right side of the kitchenette. Paper towels and tissues are in the second drawer down from the main tall cabinet. Reference the cleaning section of this guide for additional details.

    STORAGE ROOM
    You are welcome to utilize the storage room to place any of your belongings. The lockers each have a key to be able to securely store any of your personal belongings during your stay. Be sure to remove all belongings and put back the key prior to your departure.

  • RESERVATION TIME

    If you access our space outside of your rental time (i.e. showing up early, leaving late), you will be billed for additional time.

    CLEANING
    A professional cleaning is included within your reservation. This includes general cleaning of the space. We ask that you respect the space and clean up any messes that are made during your reservation. Excessive messes or damage to the space will be billed.

    You may leave garbage in their bins to be removed by our cleaning team. If you have overflow garbage, place any full bags in the back storage room. Additional bags are located either in the bottom of the trash can or under the sink within the kitchenette.

    USE OF SPACE

    • Cabinetry – Outside of the cabinets that store applicable supplies noted within this guide, do not open any cabinetry within our space. Any missing items will be billed and – depending on the item – may be reported to law enforcement. We are honored to share our space with you and ask that you respect the space and the fact that this is also our business office.

    • Ladder – The ladder in the design library is for display only and is not to be used. Havn Co. is not liable for any injury that may occur from unauthorized use of this.

    • Open Flames – Open flames of any kind (e.g. candles, etc.) are not allowed in the space.

    • Surveillance – For security purposes, the space is under video surveillance 24/7.

  • You may cancel your reservation at any time with the following refund policy:

    • Greater than or equal to 14 days’ notice – Full refund

    • 7-14 days’ notice – 50% refund

    • Less than 7 days’ notice – No refund
